This gorgeous old Victorian cottage was purchased days before the owners were relocating to Canada for a few years.  We were enlisted to help out with colour, carpet and tile choices to get the house to a stage where it could be leased out for a profit.  New kitchen was installed and the breif was light, bright and white throughout and externally also, with a feature black door making a subtle statement.
